📋 Description

• Support training delivery for IDEXX’s new laboratory information management system (LIMS) ecosystem • Design, develop, maintain, and improve training programs and materials • Deliver training sessions to laboratory technicians and employees • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with operational needs • Provide on-site support during system go-live activities and hyper care periods

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in laboratory diagnostics • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Structured and organized approach to work • Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Passion for learning new technologies and supporting others through change • Preferred experience in designing, developing, and/or delivering training programs.
