📋 Description

• Represent the subject area as a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING • Focus on developing participants' competencies • Design lessons as a content provider and support learners as a learning facilitator • Deliver subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D • Apply a variety of teaching methods in lesson design • Prepare and create lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competence gains

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement) or a comparable commercial qualification • Relevant practical experience as a trainer/lecturer, including exam preparation • Solid knowledge of the current training content for the occupation Office Management Clerk in the learning fields: accounting and personnel, office organization and communication, office management and digital competencies, commercial processes and marketing • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO)
