📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and create curriculum-aligned learning materials • Conduct assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in business administration or a related field • Professional experience as a Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager and/or External Quality Auditor • Proof of the above certifications • Proof of pedagogical qualification, e.g., AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) • Experience teaching in publicly funded adult education • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying teaching content • Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
