📋 Description

• You will manage and grow your clients’ accounts across Western Victoria including Geelong, Ballarat and Warrnambool. • You will have a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs; you will successfully inspire them to adopt and use “The IDEXX Complete Diagnostic Solution” to raise their standards of care. • You will be results oriented, have an outstanding level of customer service and responsiveness and you will have a genuine passion to deliver outstanding results. • You will be developing partnerships with veterinarians, owners and clinic teams to help grow their business; selling IDEXX products and services and helping to onboard and train the veterinary teams on IDEXX diagnostic equipment, services and technology. • Working alongside your colleagues you will collaborate and implement new strategies for the benefit of your customers; attend relevant trade shows, attend and deliver IDEXX educational content and maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com. • The role will include overnight travel to your regional territory

• A strong foundation in both sales and technical expertise, with the confidence to engage in solution-based conversations. • Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus, but not essential—we value passion and a willingness to learn. • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • A commitment to exceptional customer service, with a responsive and solutions-focused approach. • Excellent organisational and territory management skills, or the drive to develop them. • Outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to understand and convey complex technical information clearly. • Natural relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer loyalty. • Experience in diagnostic or capital equipment sales is highly regarded. • Above all, a genuine desire to make a difference in animal health and contribute to a purpose-driven team.
