• Building strong relationships with veterinary clients to sell IDEXX’s portfolio of diagnostic products and medical devices. • Connecting with customers to understand their business and provide knowledge and training on IDEXX’s offerings. • Leveraging consultative selling techniques to translate customer needs into diagnostic solutions. • Helping veterinary clinics increase their diagnostic revenue and being a high-value partner. • Managing territory and customer base to increase recurring diagnostic revenue and achieve sales targets. • Promoting in-house diagnostic testing, medical consumables, and advanced diagnostics. • Collaborating with IDEXX sales professionals to close deals for equipment and technology. • Educating veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives.
• A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Several years of proven experience managing your own sales territory. • Experience gained in one or more of the following fields : Veterinary / animal health sector, Human healthcare medical devices, Dental devices. • High-value product sales. • Ability to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative sales environment. • Willingness to meet the requirements of a field sales role, including frequent travel by car (company car provided), overnight stays, and occasional weekend work. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
