📋 Description

• Work on projects related to Information Technology; • Implement solutions related to IT networks and infrastructure; • Perform regular validations and maintenance of systems and software; • Ensure the server infrastructure is available and operational; • Manage server infrastructure and associated computing resources; • Monitor incident prevention, ensuring maintenance routines are carried out; • Research and propose existing technology solutions available on the market; • Ensure the security of servers and the availability of infrastructure; • Develop, implement, and maintain scripts that automate server operating system administration tasks; • Adhere to established IT routines and standards; • Maintain control of IT assets; • Safeguard assets and systems under the department's responsibility, ensuring the existence of backups and records related to the software operated by the team; • Respond promptly and accurately to client requests, recording and resolving them in accordance with IT procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Information Systems, or related fields; • Experience with network infrastructure, switches, access points, and firewalls (Fortinet, UniFi, Dell, HP); • Monitoring solutions: Zabbix and Grafana; • Installation and configuration of Dell servers and storage; • Windows Server 2022, VMware ESXi; • Google Workspace; • Availability to work in a hybrid model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote; • Experience working in nonprofit/third-sector organizations is a plus.
