📋 Description
• Gestionar proyectos de TI y proyectos de software • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios e implementar proyectos de software • Gestionar múltiples proyectos o programas simultáneamente • Gestionar eficazmente a clientes y stakeholders • Administrar personal • Coordinar integraciones entre sistemas • Trabajar con procesos de CI/CD y conocimientos generales de DevOps • Aplicar metodologías Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall y PMI • Utilizar Jira, Confluence y Microsoft Project para la gestión de proyectos
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura / Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree • Dominio de inglés avanzado • Certificación PMI • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos de TI • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios e implementando proyectos de software • Experiencia en proyectos EC Payroll (deseable) • Experiencia gestionando múltiples proyectos o programas simultáneamente y stakeholders • Experiencia en administración de personal • Conocimiento del SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de software • Conocimiento en integraciones entre sistemas • Conocimientos generales de DevOps • Experiencia con procesos de CI/CD • Manejo de Jira, Confluence y Microsoft Project • Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint • Experiencia con metodologías Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall y PMI • Conocimiento de SAFe (deseable) • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma remota en México
