📋 Description

• Ensure efficient personnel management and production performance in the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and drug products, in compliance with applicable GMP standards • Coordinate, lead and develop the production team to meet production schedules and ensure staff availability, including training planning and competency development • Lead the daily shopfloor board • Implement and manage performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve production performance and staff productivity, including minimizing and preventing losses • Identify and escalate technical and process-related issues and coordinate improvements to equipment and processes • Support the creation and improvement of masterbatch records and take responsibility for their completeness

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or technical field; alternatively, a completed technical vocational qualification with several years of professional experience • Professional experience in a production environment and in managing operational processes • Experience in production control, shopfloor management, human resources and quality management • Very good German and good English, both written and spoken • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
