📋 Description

• Coordinate daily business operations • Lead ongoing development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual merchandising/presentation guidelines • Plan in-store/shop activities • Ensure efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Conduct commercial/financial analysis of the store • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business-related vocational training or equivalent • Experience as a store manager in clothing/apparel retail • Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
