• Own and grow a portfolio of existing commercial accounts across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics in Benelux • Identify and develop expansion opportunities across sites, business units, and use cases • Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities end-to-end • Build and deepen relationships with operational leaders, maintenance teams, and decision-makers • Position Ultimo through value-led, consultative sales conversations • Drive increased adoption and long-term customer value • Work closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
• Proven success in account growth, expansion, or install base sales • Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales environments • Strong account planning and relationship management capability • Ability to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Confidence engaging operational and technical stakeholders • Structured pipeline management and forecasting discipline • Commercial resilience, ownership, and drive • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
