📋 Description

• Analysis & consulting • Conducting workshops to capture and optimize asset and maintenance processes • Advising on best practices in the EAM/CMMS domain • Translating business requirements into functional system solutions • Configuring workflows, data structures, interfaces and reports in Ultimo • Owning implementation projects from analysis through go‑live • Managing multiple projects in parallel while meeting time, quality and budget targets • Training end users and key users • Close collaboration with product, support and consulting teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing EAM/CMMS solutions (e.g., Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS) • Experience in a project-oriented or consulting role • Subject-matter knowledge in maintenance, asset management, fleet management or reliability • Confident in interactions with customers and stakeholders • Very good German skills (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2) • Independent working style and strong customer orientation • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20–40%)
