📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance backend APIs and services (architecture and infrastructure) • Model data in PostgreSQL/Azure SQL with scalability in mind from the start • Write automated tests as part of delivery • Consider testability, observability, and security during design • Integrate with enterprise legacy systems without disrupting operations • Work with AI in planning, coding, testing, and debugging workflows • Communicate clearly in asynchronous contexts • Own your commitments and raise issues early if blockers arise • Configure CI/CD workflows • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a backend developer. • Advanced proficiency in Python OR C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core). • Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or Azure SQL. • Familiarity with: - React / React Native - Next.js - PostgreSQL or Azure SQL - Docker / docker-compose - GitHub or GitLab - Automated testing - Claude Code • We don't expect you to already master everything, but we expect a strong interest in quickly learning any missing skills.
