📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance backend APIs and services (architecture and infrastructure) • Model data in PostgreSQL/Azure SQL with scalability in mind from the start • Write automated tests as part of delivery • Consider testability, observability, and security during design • Integrate with enterprise legacy systems without disrupting operations • Work with AI throughout planning, coding, testing, and debugging workflows • Communicate clearly and effectively in asynchronous workflows • Own commitments and raise issues early when blockers occur • Configure CI/CD workflows • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience working as a backend developer. • Advanced proficiency in Python OR C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core). • Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or Azure SQL. • Familiarity with: • React / React Native • Next.js • PostgreSQL or Azure SQL • Docker / docker-compose • GitHub or GitLab • Automated testing • Claude Code • We don't expect you to already master everything, but we do expect a strong desire to learn quickly what you're missing. You'll stand out if you have knowledge of: • Azure (Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Application Insights) • GCP (Cloud Run, Compute Engine) • AWS (ECS, Developer Tools, EC2, S3) • Kubernetes (AKS) • Redis • Keycloak • SonarQube
