• アカウントエグゼクティブと連携し、エンタープライズ案件のディスカバリー、デモ、ソリューション設計をリードする。 • 顧客・パートナーとの技術的および業務的ディスカバリーセッションを実施。 • 顧客ニーズに合わせた Process360 Live のデモを提供し、価値を明確に伝える。 • 業務課題をプロセスモデリング、プロセスマイニング、シミュレーション、ガバナンス、コンプライアンスなどのソリューションに落とし込む。 • システムアーキテクチャ、インテグレーション、データ連携、クラウド導入モデル、ベストプラクティスについて技術的助言を行う。 • 重要案件の RFP、ワークショップ、PoC の技術的支援を実施。 • 日本国内の SI、コンサルティング企業、リセラーなどパートナーへのトレーニングおよび提案支援を担当。 • iGrafx の製品機能、価値、競合優位性に関する技術的エキスパートとして活動。 • プロダクト、エンジニアリング、マーケティング、サービスチームと連携し、顧客成功を推進。 • 顧客ミーティング、セミナー、イベント等にて iGrafx を代表して登壇。
🎯 Requirements
• プリセールス、ソリューションコンサルタント、ビジネスアーキテクト、プロセス改善などの関連職種で5年以上の経験。 • エンタープライズ向けソフトウェア(SaaS歓迎)の提案・支援経験。 • プロセスモデリング、プロセスマイニング、BPM、リスク&コントロール、業務改善、DXなどへの理解。 • IT およびビジネス双方のステークホルダーに対して技術・業務価値を分かりやすく説明できるスキル。 • 日本語ネイティブまたは同等レベル、英語はグローバルチームと業務連携できるレベル。 • プレゼンテーション、デモ、ファシリテーションの高いスキル。 • クロスファンクショナルな環境で協働できる柔軟性とコミュニケーション力。 • 学士号または同等の経験。
