• Act in a consultative and analytical capacity in the planning and control of revenue and collection plans, supporting the Customer Directorate and SPE client management teams in executing strategies to achieve customer results (Revenue, Collections and Expected Credit Loss - ECL). • Work closely with client leadership to ensure plans are executed according to the business plan guidelines and assumptions (top line), promoting a transparent and organized process for plan preparation, enabling quick understanding of variances and contributing to the definition of actions that ensure achievement of established results. • Revenue and Collections Planning: Support Client Management in building the annual revenue and collections plan by providing analyses, data and studies of new performance levers, in accordance with approved deadlines and guidelines for the Business Plan; • Monitor monthly results and adherence to the agreed plans and strategies, including analysis of actual vs. budget, identification of main variances and development of action plans to address deviations; • Produce projections and trends for monthly and annual revenue closure, implementing process and calculation improvements to increase accuracy and predictability. • Conduct feasibility studies and diagnostics of new initiatives aimed at improving results, on demand or on a scheduled basis; • Provide analyses, projections and result explanations to internal and external teams, on demand or on a scheduled basis; • Support leadership in explaining variances and tracking plan progress, particularly by preparing higher-complexity analyses (level 2); • Maintain, together with the data team, the information and databases made available on revenue and collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields. • Desired: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Strategic Planning, Sales, etc. • Experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, Controllership, Revenue Planning, Sales Planning, S&OP, Planning & Performance, Consulting or related areas; • Expertise in building executive presentations and data storytelling, with strong command of PowerPoint or similar tools. • Ability to interact with multiple hierarchical levels (directorate, management and coordination), including across multiple business units. • Required: Experience in building, modeling and monitoring Business Plans, budget cycles and forecasting. • Experience with complex, multivariable analyses involving correlations across different operational and financial indicators; • Experience building, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data using SQL, Excel and Power Query. • Differential: experience or knowledge in the sanitation sector, concessions or regulated infrastructure.
