📋 Description
• Lead engineering and brand safety reviews across the hotel lifecycle • Assess designs, technical submissions and construction progress against IHG standards • Drive resolution of engineering and safety-related issues • Partner with owners, operators, consultants and project teams across Europe • Support hotel openings by ensuring compliance, safety and operational readiness • Travel regularly across Europe
🎯 Requirements
• Degree-qualified Engineer • Strong experience in building services engineering within hotels or large commercial developments • Knowledge of fire safety engineering and life safety systems • Experience reviewing technical designs and managing complex projects • Fluent English • German or another European language is an advantage
