📋 Description

• Develop backend applications in cloud environments using Kotlin/Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Quarkus • Design robust, maintainable software architectures • Contribute a second area of expertise in either frontend or Infrastructure/CloudOps • Purposeful use of Agentic Coding to build better software • Work with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as well as context- and rules-based files and plan-/spec-driven workflows • Critically review AI-generated code changes • Ensure application quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Identify and constructively challenge potential code improvements • Take ownership and document technical decisions in a clear, traceable way • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Independent development of backend applications in cloud environments • Experience with common frameworks such as Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Quarkus • Knowledge of robust, maintainable software architecture • A second strength either in frontend (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular) or in Infrastructure/CloudOps (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, or CI/CD) • Familiarity with Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Methodical use of context and rules files, plan-/spec-driven workflows, and critical review of AI-generated code changes • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Willingness and openness to new technologies • Very good German skills, at least C1 • Good English skills • Communicative, team-oriented working style and enjoyment in collaborating with clients
