📋 Description

• Partner with the Executive Vice President to establish strategic direction • Lead the development and implementation of business processes that drive coding efficiency • Provide oversight of domestic and global coding operations • Responsible for daily oversight of coding operations • Establish communication and relationship management practices with clients • Monitor individual and departmental performance against established KPIs • Collaborate with technology development team to automate business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent • RHIT certification; relevant coding credentials preferred • 12-15 years management experience leading coding production organization • Demonstrated leadership and effective communications • Experience leading or working in a production global team • Demonstrated success at multi-level and complex client engagements • Demonstrated computer and software skills including Google Workspace, encoder/grouper, and EHRs
