📋 Description

• Operational Diagnosis: Move beyond high-level observations to identify root causes of operational friction using structured, data-driven frameworks. • Execution & Tactical Planning: Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans, including clear sequencing, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. • PMO Leadership: Lead high-stakes transformational initiatives. • Account Recovery (Go-To-Green): Own the "Go-To-Green" process for at-risk clients. • Collaborative Architecture: Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that improve efficiency. • Stakeholder Influence: Navigate complex people dynamics to negotiate and drive change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Seven (7) plus years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, in the healthcare sector • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer-provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
