📋 Description

• Own performance across multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes. • Build, assess, coach, and upgrade Campus President talent. • Establish clear ownership, operating standards, and accountability rhythms. • Diagnose underperformance and lead targeted interventions, including talent and process changes. • Use data and dashboards to identify risk early and close performance gaps. • Personally engage in struggling campuses to reset execution and leadership alignment. • Own P&L performance, including budgeting and resource allocation. • Partner with executive leadership to deliver enterprise priorities and cross-functional initiatives. • Oversee campus operations, facilities, and compliance. • Resolve escalated student issues and address root causes to prevent recurrence. • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal standards. • Foster a student first, mission aligned campus culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred). • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in upper management. • Proven success leading multi-site operations with clear accountability for outcomes.
