🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Digital Product Management, preferably in roles such as Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Group Product Manager. • Experience in the financial sector, including banks, fintechs, brokerages, insurers, or other financial services companies. • Proven experience leading new client implementations, commercial operations, and digital transformation projects. • Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary Product teams. • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. • Experience managing the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous evolution. • Ability to define, monitor, and analyze product metrics and business KPIs. • Experience identifying improvement opportunities based on data, research, and customer feedback. • Ability to work cross-functionally, managing dependencies between Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills with technical and executive audiences. • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Experience with requirements elicitation and prioritization techniques. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
