📋 Description

• Co-create modern HVAC systems together with leading design offices by integrating smart valves and digital actuators into specifications from the outset. • Actively support projects across the entire chain — from the planner through the system integrator (MSRL) to the mechanical installer — to ensure project success. • Combine our expertise in pressure maintenance and water quality with state-of-the-art control technology to offer customers a holistic, energy‑efficient solution. • Leverage networks in the cantons of Zurich, Central Switzerland and Bern to acquire new customers and build long-term, trust-based partnerships. • Drive the targeted development of business with pressure-independent control and balancing valves (PIBCV) as well as differential pressure control solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed technical training (HVAC or electrical) with further qualification as an engineer/technician (HF/FH) or equivalent. • Several years of experience in sales or engineering with well-known market leaders in the industry. • Understanding of both the mechanical aspects of design and the requirements of building management systems (BMS). • Fluent German (preferably Swiss German) and good English skills; additional languages are a plus. • Proficient with CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce experience.
