📋 Description

• Responsible for energy-efficient and serial renovation projects. • Develop and manage real estate projects with a focus on energy-efficient and serial renovation. • Translate energy, ESG and economic requirements into viable concepts. • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and collaborate with internal departments. • Manage budgets, reporting, and ensure return and quality targets are met. • Monitor market, regulatory and ESG developments to continuously improve projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in project development, particularly in the modernization and renovation of existing buildings. • Experience in planning, managing and implementing real estate projects. • Commercially minded in project development with expertise in energy-efficient and serial renovation. • Structured, decisive and interface-oriented working style. • Experience in serial construction and serial renovation is an advantage.
