📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership for cross-site warranty management • Ensure consistent standards, clear responsibilities, and efficient processes across all locations • Continuously develop processes, quality management standards, and workflows • Create guidelines and work instructions and ensure their consistent implementation • Drive digitalization in warranty management • Support the rollout of new systems • Optimize digital workflows and automated processes • Monitor warranty cases, appointments, and deadlines • Coordinate maintenance contracts and guarantees • Manage budgets and project invoicing • Coordinate the structured handover of projects from project delivery into the warranty phase and subsequently to Technical Property Management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, for example in real estate management or business administration, or commercial training • Relevant experience in quality, process, or warranty management in the construction or real estate industry • Structured and self-directed working style • Ability to set clear priorities and maintain an overview when managing multiple parallel projects, deadlines, and responsibilities • Confident and professional communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners • Solution-oriented approach to balancing different interests • Process-oriented and commercially minded • Enthusiasm for developing standards, interfaces, and digital processes • Proficiency in MS Office • Ideally, experience with PlanRadar, Casavi, or Immo Office • Ideally, knowledge of HOAI and VOB/B
