📋 Description

• Implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns, particularly Search and Performance Max • Build campaigns carefully and manage keywords, search terms, and campaign structures • Manage budgets and bids while continuously optimizing campaigns • Monitor tracking and conversion measurement • Analyze performance data and derive specific optimizations and next steps • Work closely with clients and the team • Optionally support clients strategically with clear recommendations and a broader, big-picture perspective • Optionally manage additional performance channels such as Paid Social, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads, particularly Search and Performance Max • Ability to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns independently • Good understanding of keywords, search terms, bids, and budgets • Experience with or a strong understanding of conversion tracking and the interaction between Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Confidence working with performance data and the ability to derive specific next steps from it • Experience with reporting, for example in Looker Studio or Google Sheets • Structured, reliable approach to work and clear communication • Willingness to test hypotheses and document learnings • Fluent communication in German and English, both spoken and written • Willingness to work 100% from a home office and as part of a remote-first team • Experience with Paid Social, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus, but not required
