📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership for cross-location warranty management • Ensure consistent standards, clear responsibilities, and efficient processes across all locations • Continuously develop processes, quality management standards, and workflows • Create guidelines and work instructions and ensure their consistent implementation • Drive digitalization in warranty management • Support the rollout of new systems and optimize digital workflows and automated processes • Monitor warranty cases, appointments, and deadlines • Coordinate maintenance contracts and guarantees • Take responsibility for budgets and project invoicing • Coordinate the structured handover of projects from project delivery into the warranty phase and subsequently to Technical Property Management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, e.g. in real estate management or business administration, or completed commercial training • Relevant experience in quality, process, or warranty management within the construction or real estate sector • Structured and self-reliant working style • Ability to set clear priorities and oversee multiple parallel projects, deadlines, and responsibilities • Confident and professional communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners • Process-oriented and commercially minded approach • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience with PlanRadar, Casavi, or Immo Office is desirable • Knowledge of HOAI and VOB/B is desirable
