📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of the payer industry with a detailed understanding of multiple business functions and areas within a health plan, including specialization in network, product, operations, and clinical. • Must have an interest and basic understanding of the overall healthcare industry. • Ability to speak about healthcare issues and topics with competence and confidence. • Able to create decks for all payer operations and strategy improvements. • Be able to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail. • At least two years of experience in a consulting environment. • Enjoy creative problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment. • Motivated professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data-driven improvement projects. • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing. • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions. • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • Able to travel 80% of the time. • Authorized to work in the US.
