📋 Description

• Sales & Business Development: Lead business development efforts resulting in $10M+ annually in sales. • Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide. • Delivery: Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients. • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice. • Developing IP & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and competition to aggressively grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop differentiated thought leadership that sparks discussion. • Participate in industry conferences and speaking engagements to enhance personal and firm reputation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, ideally serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals). • Proficiency with cloud-based technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, analytical libraries, and business intelligence tools. • Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and the capacity to quickly build client trust. • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing. • Genuine passion for and commitment to transforming healthcare delivery. • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character – demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
