📋 Description
• Serve as the strategic interface between the Manufacturing/Operations organization in Texas and the Global IT team • Guide initiatives from idea to approval, maintain oversight of active deployments • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with GMs and Senior Directors in Texas
🎯 Requirements
• 7 to 10 years in IT Business Partnering, Program Management, or IT Consulting role within a manufacturing environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Deep understanding of high-tech manufacturing business acumen • Ability to govern IT projects and manage escalations • Experience with financial literacy, including ROI calculation and CapEx vs. OpEx planning
