📋 Description

• Improve Celestica’s product marketing content output • Shape product marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers • Define positioning and messaging for Celestica Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) across the solution lifecycle • Own development and delivery of core sales enablement assets to support Global Accounts • Collaborate with go-to-market leaders, strategists, architects, product owners, writers, and engineering staff • Craft differentiated messaging and content strategy (intro decks, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, etc.) • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize programs • Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications • Lead product marketing content development and manage team campaigns • Outline product marketing deployment timelines and educate Sales and cross-functional teams on solution messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience developing compelling, differentiated messaging, content, and positioning • Eight plus years of applicable experience (typical) • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs • Experience leading go-to-market for enterprise software or hardware product launches • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Deep understanding of data center market trends and product lifecycles • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns • Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience • MBA recommended
