📋 Description

• Own the entire sales process, from lead qualification through to successful close • Identify and reach out to new potential customers through various channels, such as outbound sales, networking, and events • Conduct discovery calls to analyze customer needs and requirements • Present the solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations • Independently negotiate contracts and close deals • Identify objections and develop appropriate solutions throughout the sales process • Work closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to further develop the sales strategy • Continuously track and report relevant KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data • Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment • Experience independently managing sales processes through to close • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Structured approach to work, strong prioritization skills, and a results-oriented mindset • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions • Confident handling of negotiations and decision-making processes • Native-level German and very good English skills • Experience with CRM systems, such as Pipedrive, and modern collaboration tools
