📋 Description

• Identify and approach new customers and expand the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory using modern software tools to identify revenue potential • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and proposal preparation through order fulfillment • Present innovative product, system, and service offerings during customer discussions • Analyze market and competitive developments with sales colleagues • Build long-term customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC/plumbing and heating (SHK) or electrical engineering, commercial training with a focus on sales, or a relevant university degree • Strong affinity for sales and a passion for prospecting and selling • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-focused role is an advantage • Willingness to acquire technical fundamentals in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy technology • Business-fluent German skills • English proficiency at B2 level • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania sales territory
