📋 Description

• Elicit and gather detailed requirements from both business and technical stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and clarifying ambiguity. • Understand complex business processes and break them down into clear, actionable functional requirements and workflows. • Facilitate core Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation with robust acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to drive alignment on frontend/backend dependencies and implementation constraints. • Support software and product development teams through the entire project lifecycle in fast-paced delivery environments. • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process and product documentation, even when baseline documentation is limited.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in requirements gathering and business analysis within fast-paced software development environments. • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows. • Deep experience working within Agile frameworks, active backlog management, and sprint collaboration. • Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers regarding backend/frontend constraints and data dependencies. • High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for daily documentation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
