📋 Description

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for pension products (PGBL, VGBL) and related processes. • Act as a liaison between business, actuarial, legal/regulatory, and IT teams, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Map and redesign processes (onboarding, contributions, portability, surrenders, benefits) to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. • Support system evolution and integration projects, participating in UAT and acceptance testing. • Ensure adherence to SUSEP regulations and monitor regulatory changes that affect the products. • Produce analyses and metrics to support the area’s decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in insurance/pension or financial services. • Knowledge of the private pension domain: PGBL/VGBL, tax regimes (progressive/regressive), portability, reserves/provisions. • Experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and preparing functional specifications. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Azure Boards/Jira. • SQL for data analysis and validation. • Desirable: • Regulatory knowledge of SUSEP/FenaPrevi and basic actuarial concepts. • Experience with core pension/insurance systems. • Power BI for reporting; technical English.
