📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications • Collaborate with product managers and design teams to define, architect, and deliver high-impact web features within an Agile workflow • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and knowledge sharing • Mentor team members on business and technical concepts • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests • Identify system bottlenecks and ensure high application performance and responsiveness • Implement complex state management • Modernize backend APIs • Elevate engineering standards through technical mentorship and peer code reviews • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams across LATAM and international client projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer working on enterprise web applications • Deep experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js • Experience with complex state management and single-page applications (SPAs) • Strong experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or Hapi.js • Experience with RESTful API architecture • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL • Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Chai, or Cypress • Working knowledge of Tailwind, Material UI, or Bootstrap • Experience with Git • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience • Preferred: deep experience with React, Redux, Jest, Azure SQL, and MongoDB • Preferred: hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Preferred: experience with SAP/BTP integrations • Ability to work with a minimum 6-hour overlap with US Central Time business hours • English required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications
