📋 Description

• Initiate and monitor the electronic signature workflow for contracts and legal documents on an e-signature platform, including sending documents, managing signatories, tracking pending actions, and archiving • Support internal departments in using the electronic signature platform, ensuring proper adherence to the approval and signing workflow • Review and draft standard contracts, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement • Monitor and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, obligations, and agreed terms • Conduct research and analysis of legislation, case law, and legal doctrine applicable to the company’s needs • Prepare and maintain up-to-date controls, reports, and KPIs related to the Legal Department’s demands

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Law • Knowledge of Civil and Corporate Law • Experience reviewing and drafting contracts • Experience monitoring judicial and extrajudicial proceedings • Strong ability to research and interpret legislation and case law • Reside near the Esteio, RS area
