📋 Description

• Handle customer service and sales via phone, WhatsApp and email, in both outbound and inbound activities • Prospect new customers and reactivate inactive accounts • Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations • Perform after-sales support and manage customer portfolio • Monitor sales indicators and targets

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in telephone sales and prospecting, in both outbound and inbound activities • Previous experience in sales and customer service in a call center • Organizational skills and discipline for managing a customer portfolio • Basic computer skills and Excel • Position also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)
