📋 Description
• Support and maintenance of systems; • Requirements gathering, analysis and specification of system improvements; • Project implementation; • Training for business areas; • Handling internal support tickets; • Monitoring and coordinating requests with third-party vendors.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field; • Knowledge of IT best practices; • Experience with SAP MM or WM/EWM modules.
