📋 Description

• Support the implementation and rollout of Incision's solutions for hospital partners. • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into practical applications in our products, particularly the Incision Assist app. • Provide training and support to surgical personnel, surgeons, and other medical staff in using our technology. • Create medical content and review protocols for the app, ensuring they meet customer requirements. • Support large projects and oversee organization and completion on agreed timelines. • Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and implementation processes. • Collaborate with other departments within Incision to further develop the app and our products. • Travel as needed to various locations worldwide for installations, training, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Surgical Circulator/Scrub Nurse. • You have fluency in English, both spoken and written. • You have a tech-savvy mindset and are comfortable with computers and software, fluent in Google and Microsoft Programs. • You have a strong customer-oriented mindset, teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities. • You have a passion for understanding customer needs and can translate them into practical applications in our products. • You have the ability to work independently and manage processes efficiently to meet deadlines. • You have the willingness to occasionally travel nationally for work.
