📋 Description

• Source and identify candidates across Europe and India using Join.com and other job platforms • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements • Conduct initial screening calls and write structured evaluation notes • Manage candidate communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling • Coordinate interview scheduling directly with the founder • Maintain an accurate candidate tracker and keep pipeline status up to date • Support job posting creation and distribution across platforms • Assist with employer branding and outreach efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills • Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations • Organised and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards • Comfortable with an unpaid internship • Available part-time in EU time zones • Mandatory and voluntary internships both welcome • Minimum 3-month commitment • Approximately 20 hours per week • Cover letter outlining motivation and availability
