📋 Description

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with all operational tasks related to recruiting, employer branding, and talent programs • Create, maintain, and post attractive job ads on relevant platforms • Manage the careers inbox and communicate professionally and promptly with applicants • Independently plan and execute the monthly onboarding event for new colleagues • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and various ad-hoc tasks in day-to-day operations • Contribute to talent programs and cross-functional projects to improve our processes • Support university outreach — from planning and event coordination to follow-up • Improve and optimize offboarding processes for interns and working students • Actively propose ideas to enhance our recruiting processes, the candidate journey, and internal workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field • Initial experience and a passion for recruiting as well as awareness of current recruiting trends • Open personality with strong communication skills • Good to very good Excel skills; experience in strategic reporting is an advantage • Proactive mindset and strong interpersonal abilities • Excellent organizational skills and a talent for prioritization • Very good German and English language skills
