📋 Description

• Source candidates across EU and India using join.com and job platforms • Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role needs • Reach out to candidates by phone and emails and manage follow ups • Schedule interviews and coordinate with founder • Maintain accurate hiring tracker and status updates • Support job posting and distribution • Assist in basic employer branding and outreach efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Good communication skills in English • Interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations • Organized and detail focused • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards
