📋 Description

• Create, maintain and evolve conversational flows on the Blip platform • Configure integrations with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta services • Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs and webhooks • Develop adjustments and improvements to backend services using Python • Monitor bots’ operation and investigate failures in staging and production environments • Support the creation, submission and maintenance of WhatsApp message templates • Document conversational flows, integrations and business rules • Participate in refinements, estimations, technical reviews and architecture discussions • Collaborate with Product, Support, QA and other developers • Contribute to testing and validation of conversational journeys • Support monitoring of integrations and operational channel metrics • Follow development best practices, information security, code quality and data protection

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience with Blip • Demonstrated professional experience with WhatsApp Business Platform • Hands-on experience with Blip Builder and building conversational flows • Knowledge of message templates, webhooks and WhatsApp service window • Experience integrating with and consuming REST APIs • Backend development experience using Python • Knowledge of relational databases • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows • Knowledge of JSON, HTTP, authentication and error handling • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments • Basic knowledge of software testing • Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation and cross-team interaction • Organized, able to prioritize, and autonomous in handling medium-complexity tasks
