📋 Description

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) solutions on AWS Amazon Connect • Configure AWS Contact Flows, IVR, omnichannel routing, queues, and agent profiles • Customize the Service Console, including Omni-Channel, Voice Call objects, and CTI connectors • Work with the functional team to translate business requirements into scalable voice solutions • Participate in integration testing, call-quality optimization, and N2/N3 technical support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in Service Cloud projects • Practical experience implementing Service Cloud Voice with AWS Amazon Connect • Experience configuring Amazon Connect • Knowledge of AWS Lambda functions for CTI • Knowledge of IAM permissions and CloudWatch • Proficiency in Omni-Channel, Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, and Service Console management • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice for Bring Your Own Telephony (BYOT) is valued • Demonstrable experience integrating Salesforce with other CTI providers, including Genesys Cloud, Five9, Talkdesk, Air Call, and Cisco, is valued • Salesforce official certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect are valued
