📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Apps Canvas applications • Design, develop, and administer Model-Driven applications • Implement automated flows, approval workflows, and process automation with Power Automate • Model data and business rules using Microsoft Dataverse • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, REST APIs, and custom connectors • Develop and administer intelligent agents using Copilot Studio • Configure knowledge bases connected to SharePoint and Dataverse • Create conversational experiences, custom instructions, and user journeys • Integrate AI agents with Power Automate actions • Support publishing and promotion across environments • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and responsible AI usage policies • Develop intelligent automations using AI Builder • Implement document processing, classification, and data extraction • Create predictive and information-recognition models • Manage Development, Testing, and Production environments • Create and maintain Managed Solutions • Configure Environment Variables, Connection References, Security Roles, and Deployment Pipelines • Plan and execute production deployments • Identify and resolve issues related to deployments and movement between environments • Handle and resolve incidents • Perform root cause analysis • Implement improvements and enhancements to existing solutions • Support end users and conduct onboarding processes • Prepare technical and functional documentation • Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Power Platform • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse • Experience with Copilot Studio and generative AI solutions • Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 and Azure • Knowledge of ALM and Power Platform governance best practices • Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors • Advanced English proficiency for daily communication • Availability to work Portugal business hours • Availability to work 100% remotely
