📋 Description
• Lead complex Salesforce projects • Ensure efficient collaboration between Salesforce and SAP teams
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience managing complex Salesforce projects • Project management experience in the utilities industry • Coordination with SAP, Salesforce and client teams • Management of regulatory risks (CCEE, ANEEL, LGPD) • Executive communication with client stakeholders (Board, Compliance, IT) • Negotiation of scope and functional changes • Executive reporting and governance committees • Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid waterfall • Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, MS Teams • Salesforce DevOps Center and release management • Sufficient technical understanding to liaise with architects and developers • Risk management (PMBOK/PRINCE2) • Portuguese (Brazilian): Native • English: Advanced • Spanish: A plus
