đŻ Requirements
âą Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer âą Proficiency in Figma (required) âą Experience with enterprise digital products and enterprise environments âą Familiarity with OutSystems, including its component library, visual patterns, design constraints, and best practices for Web Reactive and Mobile screens âą Ability to create and maintain design systems integrated with the OutSystems ecosystem âą Strong knowledge of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture âą Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) âą University degree preferred in Design, UX, Technology, or related fields
