📋 Description

• Serve as advisory in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/personnel records and manage the HRIS • Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes by analyzing departmental needs and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes • Contribute to authoring and editing InEvent policies and other administrative functions • Liaise with Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage social media pages with visuals representing the company • Develop and execute candidate-facing communication on social media and job recruitment sites through social media and online recruiting campaigns • Design and implement branding strategies to develop brand awareness • Provide strategic support to Talent Acquisition in culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction • Assist in people management processes including onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, and terminations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding • Experience with HRIS • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms • Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities • Resilient to learn continuously in a startup • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal • Must speak English fluently • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
