📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio of business roles • Participate in forecasting and planning conversations • Lead recruitment-related projects • Build strong relationships with managers • Support the talent needs of Global Growth by attracting new talent • Attract tech and non-tech talent using innovative online sourcing tools and strategies • Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to InEvent requirements • Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences • Prepare monthly recruitment reports • Develop and drive accountability for personal talent acquisition strategies and initiatives • Help the team and company achieve monthly results

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English to communicate and interact with global candidates • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is mandatory • Must have ATS experience • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms • Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities • Resilient to learn continuously in a startup • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android) • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones
