📋 Description

• own and define Infisical’s brand and marketing design • translate abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals • propose creative directions and bring consistency into everything we put into the world • collaborate closely with a co-founder and teams across Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience • deliver work across a wide range of brand and marketing surfaces (e.g., landing pages, conference booths, presentations, merch, blog designs)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work • Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs. • Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding. • A bias toward action — able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information. • Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn. • Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone).
