📋 Description
• Lead engaging training sessions that build teacher confidence • Follow up with 1-on-1 coaching to help teachers troubleshoot lessons and reach their own classroom goals • Identify where teachers are struggling and create supplemental guides, tools, and classroom resources needed to fill those gaps • Act as the 'voice of the teacher' in internal meetings, providing clear, honest feedback to product teams • Collaborate within Professional Learning team and other internal teams
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, or a related field • 4+ years of experience teaching elementary math (K-5) • Strong 'math-positive' communication skills—the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and enthusiastically to both students and adults.
